QA Manager

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a QA Manager who is driven and highly motivated with the desire to work with creative mobile marketing applications in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

The QA Manager will have responsibility for the QA team which has grown rapidly over the last few months and expects to continue to do so.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the QA Team – Manage and coordinate day to day testing activities to meet the testing needs of ongoing project delivery.
  • Manage QA strategy – Document, evolve and implement the GG QA strategy both within the testing team and where required in the organization
  • Manage QA tools and systems
  • Manage the recruitment process for testing staff

 

Skills and experience

  • QA experience
  • Experience and knowledge in software development
  • Good communication skills (written, oral and presentations)
  • Effective organization, interpersonal and team orientation skills
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to deliver results and meet challenging deadlines

 

The QA Manager position is placed at Golden Gekko Asia Headquarters in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
