Development Director

Golden Gekko Ltd. is currently recruiting a Development Director for our mobile application projects. Candidates should have a background as a senior Developer with team leader and management experience.

Experience of software development in Java is preferable  as well as documented experience of leading and managing development teams of more than 10 people. Experience in J2ME, web services, mobile web, etc. are welcome but not a necessity.

The role involves management of all activities and personell within Golden Gekko projects and product development in coordination with the global CTO and under the direction of the global COO.  The development director must maintain a  close working relationship with GG product leaders and GG sales contacts.

Golden Gekko uses extremely iterative development techniques and close contact between development and end customer to rapidly deploy high quality products that push the current boundaries of mobile technology.
