In November 2009 Heineken launched the second phase of their global responsible drinking campaign, ‘KnowTheSigns’. After the success of last year’s Enjoy Heineken Responsibly campaign, Heineken continues to facilitate conversations about the signs people start to show when they’ve had one too many to drink. This year, the campaign focuses on the ‘Moments of Truth’ – before, during and after a night out.

During a night out, warn friends who are showing the signs with our ‘Breathalyzer’ This great iPhone app, developed by Golden Gekko from a concept by Ruby, lets you “breathalyze” friends to find out what character they are in danger of turning into. It will then show them a film and hopefully persuade them to drink responsibly and enjoy a great night out. The Know The Signs campaign was developed by Ruby.
