Golden Gekko develops apps for Apple iPad

Revolution or evolution? We love the iPad for what it is, an amazing multimedia device.

  1. The device doesn't compete with the iPhone, it complements it which means that many Apple fans will purchase an iPad to complement their existing MacBook and iPhone
  2. Apple managed to find a solution to the compatibility with iPhone apps displaying on a smaller part of the screen or maximised but pixalated which is not ideal but means that over 100k apps are already available for the device
  3. The new bookstore is easy and fun to use
  4. The user experience of watching video and browsing through the photo albums is amazing
  5. Developers as well as the industry media love the device because it allows such a rich experience even if is not always the most practical device

Will the iPad replace books and newspapers? Probably not but who cares, people will buy it anyway! Golden Gekko has just started our first projects for the iPad and more about this will follow soon.
